Christine Guilfoyle was named publisher of Women’s Wear Daily in August 2007. In this post, Ms. Guilfoyle is responsible for the publishing business and advertising operations for the WWD brand, which includes WWD and all WWD-branded supplements and magazines.

Before joining WWD, Ms. Guilfoyle had been publisher of Every Day with Rachael Ray since its launch in 2005. Under her leadership, the magazine was recognized as the “Launch of the Year” by both Advertising Age and Adweek. Prior to her role at Every Day with Rachael Ray, Guilfoyle was the advertising director for Better Homes & Gardens. She began her publishing career in sales positions at People, TV Guide and Omni magazines.
