you must include the following and submit your request via fax to 212-630-5883:

  • Magazine Title & Issue Date
  • Article Title
  • Author / Photographer / Illustrator’s name
  • Where / How you intend to republish the content
  • Your fax number (all responses are sent via fax or mail)
